Kastengels - kue kering klasik

Kastengels. Ini kue kering favorit sejak kecil. Jangan biarkan saya berada terlalu dekat dengan toples ini. Karena, isi toples kosong, perut saya penuh. Hahaha.
Anyway, membuat kastengels memang sama dengan menahan godaan :D tapi rasa asin gurih dan krekesnya itu sangat dirindukan.
Kalau saya, selalu bikin dengan mencampur keju edam dan cheddar. Jadi renyah, krekes-krekes dan keju. Nyam.

Kastengels. Or cheese cookies. This has been my personal favorite. A jar of this near me, it would be empty in seconds. :)) Baking kastengels equals with temptation. 
You know what, the cheesy crunchy taste of kastengels is tempting. I make kastengels with a mix of edam cheese and cheddar cheese. So you'll get the crunchyness and the cheese taste, beautifully.
